Our friendly, certified personal trainers are here to work with you one-on-one or in a small group to give you the personal attention and custom program you need.  Whether that's in the Fitness Center, in the pool, or virtually, our staff can meet you there.  Allow our team of certified, professional personal trainers to help you reach and maintain your fitness goals! The SJCC offers a variety of Sports Performance Training options.

Sports Performance Training is a targeted approach to training that focuses on your sport of choice. Designed specifically to increase performance and minimize injury for both general and specific sports performance, Sports Performance Training differs from fitness and bodybuilding training in that the end goal is not to look better or have better overall health, but to improve athletic performance specifically. The SJCC offers a variety of Sports Performance Training options.
