Payment plans &
Forms of payment
The SJCC will charge a 3% service fee on all credit card and debit card transactions for both one-time and recurring charges. This change is being implemented to offset fees that the credit card companies are charging the SJCC. To avoid this service fee, you can choose to change your payment method to using ACH transactions, which will allow direct withdrawals from your bank account. You will make this selection at time of registration via CampDoc when you complete the "CampPayment Preference" form. The "Camp Payment Preference Form" must be completed at the time of registration.
All camp fees must be paid in full by the start of your camper's first day of camp or you must sign up for our payment plan for auto-draft payments. We will take your camper's total fees and deduct the deposit to find your balance. Your balance will be split into three equal payments that will be scheduled for the 1st of June, July and August*.
If your camper will not attend camp on dates that fall in the month of August, payments will be scheduled for June 1 and July 1 only.
Change, Cancelations and Additions
- A Change occurs when a camper's number of weeks remains the same but their schedule changes. (Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability in the program.)
- A Cancellation occurs when a camper's number of weeks decreases (i.e., from 7 weeks to 5 weeks of camp).
- Changes to programs, schedules, or additional options made after May 22, 2026, will be subject to a $15 administrative fee.
Cancellations for any reason will be processed as follows:
- Before May 22, 2026 - Deposits for dropped weeks will continue to go towards remaining camp fees, if dropping all camp weeks the deposit will become a credit on your JCC account to use for other services at the JCC. All payments paid above the deposit are refundable.
- Beginning May 23, 2026 - Deposits are non-refundable. All payments paid above the deposit are refundable.
There are no refunds for credit card services fees.

Camp Joy: Work, Fun, Adventure!
As great as camp is for the campers, it's an even better place to work. We will be looking for outgoing, spirited people to work with the children at our summer camp Dates of Camp June 30 - August 22!
