Guest Pass Policy for Fitness Center and Indoor Pool Access

We welcome guests to enjoy our fitness center and indoor pool facilities! To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all members and guests, we require all non-members to purchase a guest pass for access.

 

Fitness Center Guest Pass Details:

  • Guest Pass Booklet: $40 for 6 passes
  • Access Includes: Full use of the fitness center, gymnasium, and locker room facilities for the day.
  • Purchase Process: Guest passes can be purchased at the front desk during operating hours Sunday through Friday.

 

Important Notes:

  • Guests must be accompanied by an active JCC member.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years old in the fitness center.
  • No age restriction for guests in the basketball gymnasium.
  • All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to using the facilities.

 

Indoor Pool Guest Pass Details:

  • Guest Pass Booklet: $40 for 6 passes
  • Access Includes: Pool and locker room facilities
  • Purchase Process: Guest passes can be purchased at the front desk during operating hours Sunday through Friday.

 

Important Notes:

  • Guest passes may only be used for family swim during assigned reservation time.
  • Guest passes are not valid for Aqua Ex classes, single or shared lap swim time.
  • Guests must be accompanied by an active Schenectady JCC member 18 years and older.
  • All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to using the facilities and guests under the age of 18 are to be accompanied by an adult.

 

Drop in Class Pass Details:

  • Class passes are $10 dollars each
  • Class passes must be purchased in advance at the Sports & Wellness Desk
  • Class passes are valid for night and evening classes only
  • New non-members must arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out a non-member form and buy a pass before class.

William & Estelle Golub Pool and Tennis Club Guest Policies

 

  1. All guests must be accompanied by a Family Pool & Tennis Club member.
  2. Guest passes can be purchased at the indoor front desk or the welcome center at the outdoor pool.
  3. Guest passes can only be purchased in books of 8 passes for $60 or individually for $10.
  4. Guest passes must be paid for at the time of purchase.
  5. A guest pass must be presented for every individual 3 years old and above who comes to the Pool & Tennis Club.
  6. Guest passes cannot be sold on Saturdays. (Shabbat)
  7. There is a limit of 6 guest passes that can be used per family per day.
