*An Administration Fee of $100.00 is required for new members at registration. Teen annual membership has no Administration Fee and a $25 Administration Fee for Teen month to month membership. Those who terminate their membership and resume at a later date (more than 30 days) will be subject to this fee again. Fees are NOT refundable. Membership fees are payable in full at time of application or monthly by auto draft. Checking or Savings Account Draft, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. There is a 3% service fee on all credit and debit card transaction. Direct withdrawals from checking and saving accounts will not be charged this fee. MEMBERSHIP IS AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED UNLESS A WRITTEN RESIGNATION IS RECEIVED.
30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.
